DB Exercise - Calves - Dumbbell Standing Calf Raises
Early Position:
Standing with one foot while one leg looped or bent. Hold a dumbbell on the same side with legs that rested while his other hand holding.
Movement:
Repeat tiptoe. Make sure the calf muscles tensed at the top position.
